The Thermaltex textile products are made using special "HT" glass yarns that undergo texturisation to 6- 9 micron by means of a special chemical treatment to purify the "E" type glass yarns. This leads to increased resistance to high temperatures while guaranteeing good mechanical resistance and a high thermal resistance equal to 700°C. The reinforcement with stainless steel wires enables the Thermaltex products to guarantee superior performance. The Thermaltex yarns are inorganic, antiseptic, incombustible, completely free from asbestos fibres, do not contain toxic substances or heavy metals and do not cause any type of irritation.
