TEXPACK® A TRADITION SINCE 1953

Texpack® manufactures its items with the utmost care for quality and performance:
Textile products such as cords, sleeves, packings, tapes and fabrics in various fibres with different performances, Silitex 1200°C, Texil® 1100°C, Biotex® 1000°C, Thermaltex 700°C, glass 550°C, Pyrotex®, Tenack, Aramtex®
Industrial gaskets such as asbestos-free sheets and cut gaskets made of graphite and PTFE; spiral wound and metal-plastic gaskets; expanded PTFE sheets; gaskets for manhole covers; etc...
Stuffing box packing for pumps and valves in Fluorpack® (Lenzing fibre), in Aramtex®, in PTFE, in graphite, in synthetic and vegetable fibres.

SILITEX textile products are asbestos-free, inorganic, sterile and do not contain toxic substances or heavy metals. An excellent replacement for ceramics, they resist extremely well to temperatures of up to 1200°C.
TEXIL® textile products in Silica fibre consisting of non-breathable fibres. An excellent replacement for ceramics, they resist extremely well to temperatures of up to 1100°C.
BIOTEX® textile products are made of carded fibres containing a brand new special HT glass fibre with a high content of Calcium Silicate, reinforced with nichrome stainless steel yarn for 1050°C or glass yarns for 650°C.
THERMALTEX textile products are manufactured using special textured "HT" glass fibres to guarantee a good mechanical resistance and a high thermal resistance up to 700°C. The reinforcement with stainless steel yarns leads to even greater performance.

GLASS textile products consisting mainly of 6-9 micron textured, volumised and twisted yarns. They are asbestos-free and are used where a high thermal and mechanical resistance is required with temperatures up to 500°C.
PYROTEX® textile products made with glass fibre yarns covered in a thick layer of red silicone rubber which provides a high level of heat and fire insulation.
TENACK textile products made with AISI 316 L steel fibres, they withstand temperatures up to 650°C, mechanical stress, corrosion and water, but above all they preserve the glass from scratching and thermal shocks during machining.
ARAMTEX® textile products made mainly from 100% pure aramidic fibre, they are used where extremely high mechanical resistance is required to running temperatures of about 350°C.

HEAT-INSULATING TEXTILE PRODUCTS capable of satisfying the customers' widest and most demanding requirements, from a simple standard blanket for valves and flanged couplings to specially designed made-to-measure cushions.
REFRACTORIES AND SEALANTS a range of products characterised by considerable resistance to high temperatures and to fire, but also to shocks, compression, wear and sudden changes in temperature.
GASKETS a wide range of sheet gaskets and cut gaskets to provide a seal for all types of application.
PTFE PRODUCTS made of 100% pure, virgin PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). The PTFE is non-inflammable and can be used at temperatures ranging between –200°C and +250°C.

TEXPACK® is able to provide all its products labelled with barcodes.
